Forecasting renewable energy product demand and managing inventory for a global energy transition firm. 3-5 years of demand planning experience required. 30 days vacation, flexible hours, and mobile working.

Anforderungen

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management
  • 3–5 years experience in demand planning, analytics, or similar roles
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to work with complex data
  • Experience in demand planning, forecasting techniques, and S&OP processes
  • Ability to define and track KPIs for data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in distribution or PV/solar industry (nice to have)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across functions and regions
  • Customer-oriented mindset with proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global environment
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (preferred)
  • Power BI or similar visualization tools (beneficial)
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning tools (preferred)
