Anforderungen

• •Technical education in engineering or comparable qualification
• •Professional experience in quality management or assurance
• •Sound knowledge of QM methods and tools
• •Training as quality system manager or auditor
• •Very good English skills
• •Confident use of SAP and MS Office
• •Strong intercultural and communication skills
• •High assertiveness
• •Willingness to travel up to 50%

Aufgaben

• •Achieve quality targets for incoming goods
• •Drive continuous improvement of supplier performance
• •Reduce quality costs through cross-functional collaboration
• •Select and approve suppliers with Purchasing
• •Finalize quality assurance agreements
• •Develop suppliers regarding processes and requirements
• •Define inspection and test plans
• •Support prototypes and first sample phases
• •Ensure quality measures for new products
• •Conduct supplier audits according to ISO standards
• •Coordinate systematic process improvements with suppliers
• •Manage supplier complaints and warranty cases
• •Perform root cause analysis for quality issues
• •Monitor and follow up on corrective actions
• •Track and analyze supplier quality KPIs
