Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
- •5+ years of progressive compensation experience
- •Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- •Experience with HRIS and compensation tools
- •Familiarity with equity administration platforms
- •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities
- •Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and/or experience supporting deferred compensation programs

- •Manage the full equity lifecycle processes
- •Partner with brokers and Payroll for recordkeeping

- •Lead equity education and communication initiatives
- •Maintain governance frameworks and audit processes
- •Ensure adherence to labor and tax regulations
- •Support internal and external audits
- •Conduct market analyses for incentive programs
- •Deliver modeling and cost forecasting
- •Identify opportunities to streamline processes
- •Leverage technology for accuracy and scale
- •Partner with HRBPs for global reward practices
- •Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation
- •Develop communication materials for employee engagement
