In this role, you will bridge the gap between equity strategy and payroll execution, ensuring global compliance while acting as a trusted expert for the company's international team.

Anforderungen

• •4+ years experience in payroll management with stock-based compensation
• •Knowledge of stock-based compensation plans and tax implications
• •Fluency in English and German skills as a plus
• •Organizational, analytical, processing, and problem-solving skills
• •Experienced Excel or Google Sheets user
• •Experience with third-party equity compensation platforms as an advantage
• •Confidentiality and experience handling sensitive information

Aufgaben

• •Implement equity plans into global payroll
• •Serve as subject matter expert for equity compensation
• •Address employee questions regarding equity topics
• •Execute timely equity transactions across all countries
• •Manage monthly equity payouts and reporting
• •Validate taxation and social security for equity
• •Liaise with payroll vendors and local advisors
• •Collaborate with People and Finance teams
• •Support the payroll team in daily operations
• •Maintain documentation and process maps for compliance
