- Experience with procurement systems and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management capabilities
- Solid project management skills with structured, results-driven approach
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial, proactive attitude with focus on continuous improvement
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Fluent English; German is a plus
