- Collect supplier Product Carbon Footprints (PCFs)
- Compare supplier Product Carbon Footprints (PCFs)
- Evaluate supplier Product Carbon Footprints (PCFs)
- Drive transparency in PCF reporting
- Ensure PCF calculations meet ISO, GHG, TfS, IPCC
- Collaborate with suppliers to define reduction initiatives
- Implement initiatives to improve supplier sustainability performance
- Develop and implement supplier sustainability assessment tools
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Track progress against carbon reduction initiatives
- Create standardized guidance for supplier CO₂ performance
- Integrate sustainability and net-zero objectives into procurement
- Embed sustainability in supplier selection processes
- Prioritize partners aligned with environmental ambitions
- Define sustainability-related contract terms
- Ensure suppliers meet carbon reduction and sustainability targets
- Plan sustainability procurement strategy
- Monitor strategy effectiveness and cost impact
- Report on strategy effectiveness and cost impact
