- Ability to understand business processes and translate to ACE prompts
- Hands-on LLMs and prompt engineering techniques experience
- Strong interest in AI enterprise-grade solutions
- Willingness to learn Python and AI APIs services experience
- Agile environments and multiple stakeholder management ability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Empathy for end users and curiosity for experimentation
- Commitment to ethical AI practices and continuous learning
Aufgaben
- Design, test, and optimize domain-specific prompts
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries for transformer units
- Implement advanced techniques like prompt chaining and few-shot learning
- Manage prompt lifecycle, including versioning and traceability
- Evaluate LLM responses for precision, compliance, and bias
- Conduct A/B testing and maintain performance dashboards
- Collaborate with Module Owners, SMEs, and Business Stakeholders
- Create documentation for prompt strategies and best practices
- Stay updated on emerging GenAI technologies and tools
- Recommend best practices for prompting across ACE modules
