- AI solution delivery from development to production
- Experience in AI, digital, or product-centric transformation environments
- Solid understanding of AI solution architecture, software engineering, data pipelines, testing, deployment, and support
- Transitioning solutions from development to reliable operations
- Focus on stability, maintainability, scalability, and long-term supportability
- Strong skills in planning, structuring, prioritizing, and driving execution
- Strong focus on delivery quality, risk control, and governance standards
- Ability to identify root causes, resolve bottlenecks, and make pragmatic decisions
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and operations
- Clear and structured communication skills for managing expectations and escalating issues
- Experience in leading technical teams, especially in dev/ops
