- Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field

- Strong understanding of financial closing processes
- Strong understanding of global business models
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including hard-coding
- Experience with Datev financial system (plus)
- Experience with Lucanet financial system (plus)
- Familiarity with Power Pivot Table (BI) (plus)
- Basic knowledge of SQL (plus)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively across geographies
- Proven experience in global accounting role
- Focus on general ledger
- Demonstrated ability to perform reconciliations
- Demonstrated ability to perform financial analysis
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Accounting experience preferably in multinational environment
- Experience with German GAAP
- Experience with other European local GAAP
- US GAAP experience (plus)
- Familiarity with accounting systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Datev)
- Familiarity with consolidation system Lucanet
- Fluent English
- Prior experience in German GAAP
- Prior experience in global general ledger
- Fluent English
Aufgaben
- Perform daily accounting functions
- Enter journal entries in general ledger
- Handle intercompany transactions
- Conduct account reconciliations
- Ensure timely financial close processes
- Coordinate intercompany account reconciliation
- Perform proper eliminations during consolidation
- Assist with financial consolidation under German GAAP
- Work with external auditors during audits
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on reviews
- Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations
- Support payroll and VAT/GST reporting
- Develop global accounting policies
- Implement internal controls
- Participate in ERP system implementations
- Promote wellbeing and work-life balance
