- Help customers achieve optimal impact using Leapsome
- Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships
- Manage mid-market customer accounts
- Proactively minimize churn and identify expansion opportunities
- Execute cross-selling strategies aligned with customer needs
- Achieve commercial targets
- Own customer renewals
- Drive net revenue retention
- Create exceptional SaaS customer experiences
- Advise on HR best practices
- Drive platform adoption
- Support customer rollouts of additional platform features
- Monitor and improve customer success KPIs
- Track NRR, GRR, customer health scores, adoption rates, and time-to-value
- Make customer success processes scalable
- Leverage CRM tools to track engagement
- Identify at-risk accounts proactively
- Gather customer feedback and user stories
- Contribute ideas to improve the product
- Work closely with product and engineering teams
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Help customers build better companies
