Anforderungen

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role
  • Ideally in a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record managing customer renewals
  • Proven track record driving net revenue retention
  • People-person

  • Help customers achieve optimal impact using Leapsome
  • Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships
  • Manage mid-market customer accounts
  • Proactively minimize churn and identify expansion opportunities
  • Execute cross-selling strategies aligned with customer needs
  • Achieve commercial targets
  • Own customer renewals
  • Drive net revenue retention
  • Create exceptional SaaS customer experiences
  • Advise on HR best practices
  • Drive platform adoption
  • Support customer rollouts of additional platform features
  • Monitor and improve customer success KPIs
  • Track NRR, GRR, customer health scores, adoption rates, and time-to-value
  • Make customer success processes scalable
  • Leverage CRM tools to track engagement
  • Identify at-risk accounts proactively
  • Gather customer feedback and user stories
  • Contribute ideas to improve the product
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams
  • Build lasting customer relationships
  • Help customers build better companies
