Aufgaben
- Oversee German and Austrian operations
- Collaborate on P&L management with regional leadership
- Negotiate resources and investments for local growth
- Optimize supply and demand with the Marketplace Performance team
- Identify and develop new revenue streams
- Inspire the Local Growth Team to out-execute competitors
- Advocate for Germany/Austria in central Product and Tech roadmaps
- Build relationships with regulators and government bodies
- Engage the press and public stakeholders
- Translate global strategy into local tactical wins
- Ensure marketplace efficiency aligns with local customer needs
