Aufgaben

• •Supervise furniture setup and dismantling crews at international events
• •Manage furniture inventory, offloading, storage, and packing
• •Allocate furniture correctly according to site layouts
• •Coordinate with logistics, infrastructure, and client relations teams
• •Liaise with transport departments and external suppliers
• •Ensure adherence to schedules and health and safety standards
• •Handle last-minute client requests and operational challenges
• •Plan crew shifts and brief team members
• •Train new team members when required
• •Prepare packing lists and verify truck loading
• •Maintain accurate inventory records and support post-event reporting
• •Contribute to continuous process improvements
• •Plan setup schedules and coordinate warehouse preparation from Vienna
• •Order necessary equipment and ensure team event readiness
