- Ensure adherence to schedules and health and safety standards
- Handle last-minute client requests and operational challenges
- Plan crew shifts and brief team members
- Train new team members when required
- Prepare packing lists and verify truck loading
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support post-event reporting
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
- Plan setup schedules and coordinate warehouse preparation from Vienna
- Order necessary equipment and ensure team event readiness
