Fund Accountant(m/w/x)

Beschreibung

You will manage the financial lifecycle of investment funds by handling daily accounting, reporting, and reconciliations while helping to automate and refine complex financial processes.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum 2 years experience in accounting or audit
• •Knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, or IFRS
• •Commercial education or professional accounting qualification
• •Structured, solution-oriented style and analytical skills
• •Very good MS Office and Excel skills
• •Excellent command of English
• •Strong communication, teamwork, and proactive independence

Aufgaben

• •Perform daily accounting for closed-end funds
• •Maintain investment and general ledger accounts
• •Book capital calls and distributions
• •Process management fees and fund expenses
• •Manage accounts payable
• •Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
• •Execute month-end closes and balance sheet reconciliations
• •Perform cash and investment reconciliations
• •Conduct variance analyses
• •Review transaction documentation and overview sheets
• •Maintain organized documentation for accounting activities
• •Research and resolve discrepancies independently
• •Assist with regulatory filings and investor reporting
• •Improve and automate existing accounting processes
