- Support operational and administrative management of the vehicle fleet
- Ensure accurate processing of vehicle-related invoices
- Review and code invoices
- Handle invoice complaints with suppliers and workshops
- Communicate verbally and in writing with suppliers and workshops
- Create Excel uploads for collective invoices
- Enter data into fleet software for accidents and incidents
- Manage fleet inventory for approximately 2,000 vehicles
- Process and monitor new vehicle orders up to handover
- Manage final decommissioning of vehicles
- Process daily mail
- Support the fleet team in day-to-day operations
- Support the central fleet account
- Perform various fleet-related tasks
