- Build effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage and operate the site CMMS system
- Raise and follow up on supplier orders
- Address supplier queries
- Input engineers' timesheets into relevant systems
- Compile weekly, monthly, and annual customer reports
- Produce quotations in the required format
- Update and upload information to client systems promptly
- Liaise with the operations team at all levels
- Raise work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up on old work orders to ensure closure
- Focus on keeping WIP below three months
- Compile information for credit notes
- Resolve invoice queries effectively
- Organize general filing and work area
- Raise invoices for completed works promptly
- Perform general administration duties as needed
- Ensure a positive representation of the company
- Attend team briefings as required
- Cooperate with the company to fulfill legal obligations
