- Solid Excel skills (PivotTables, index/match, etc)
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
- Additional languages are a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, dependable
- Comfortable working to deadlines with a supportive team
Aufgaben
- Assist in compiling and formatting management reporting packs
- Contribute to variance analyses against budget and prior periods
- Support the development of templates and data collection
- Track versions and consolidate data during budget cycles
- Help build and maintain operational and financial KPI dashboards
- Ensure data quality and consistency in reporting
- Coordinate with finance teams at terminals for clarity on definitions and timelines
- Assist in communications with Terminal Directors and senior management
- Contribute to standardization and light automation of processes
- Maintain checklists, data dictionaries, and process notes
