- Mandatory fluency in French and English
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Audit
- Highly desirable accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA)
- 3-5 years’ experience in Big 4 (Audit, Transaction Services) or similar international group position
- Proactive issue identification and resolution
- Ability to resolve issues directly or through escalation
- High attention to detail and quality
- Good communication for financial information presentation
- Hands-on, organized, and structured approach
- Decision-making ability for solution delivery
- Profound knowledge of IFRS and Swiss accounting (Swiss Code of Obligation)
- Strong team spirit
- Proven ability to work in multi-site teams
Aufgaben
- Lead monthly Cargo financial reporting process.
- Produce timely, accurate Shipping management reports.
- Coordinate with teams to deliver high-quality financial information.
- Ensure alignment with Group reporting standards.
- Perform quarterly balance sheet reviews.
- Identify process weaknesses.
- Analyze root causes and financial impacts.
- Drive corrective action plans with stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver insightful financial narratives.
- Highlight key drivers of financial performance.
- Conduct analysis to enhance documentation.
- Enhance accounting policies, procedures, and controls documentation.
- Improve, standardize, and harmonize group performance analysis.
- Strengthen the management reporting process.
- Contribute to Budget, Forecast, and Cash Flow planning.
- Provide analytical support for planning processes.
- Challenge performance in planning processes.
- Act as a financial business partner to Shipping stakeholders.
- Challenge stakeholder assumptions.
- Support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage multiple priorities.
- Organize work effectively.
- Meet deadlines consistently.
