Aufgaben
- Shape Red Bull’s global operations footprint
- Lead expansion projects from greenfield to operational ramp-up
- Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives
- Connect and align teams across Operations and other functions
- Manage project interdependencies and keep initiatives moving
- Take ownership of complex projects from scope to delivery
- Establish clear project plans, milestones, and responsibilities
- Create transparency around timelines, budgets, risks, and decisions
- Proactively manage and mitigate project risks
- Coordinate with relevant teams to remove roadblocks
- Bring together experts from Red Bull and external partners
- Deliver projects requiring strong alignment and disciplined execution
- Facilitate focused workshops and workstream meetings
- Align stakeholders on objectives and deliverables
- Translate decisions into clear actions and responsibilities
- Build trust-based relationships across functions
- Prepare concise, insight-driven updates for the Program Manager and Decision Board
- Contribute to the development of Red Bull’s Expansion Framework
- Strengthen tools, methods, and routines for project scaling
- Capture lessons learned and improve ways of working
- Translate project experience into reusable standards and best practices
- Challenge existing approaches and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop a strong network across Red Bull and external stakeholders
- Support effective collaboration and issue resolution
- Build understanding of manufacturing, warehousing, and infrastructure requirements
- Translate requirements into clear project priorities
- Shape scalable standards for new and existing sites
- Ensure projects support operational performance and future growth
