- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance or Equipment Service Engineer in semiconductor cleanrooms
- Hands-on expertise in wet etch tools and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- German language skills are an advantage
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and collaborative research environment
Aufgaben
- Execute maintenance on high-end wet etch tools
- Perform service assignments on semiconductor processing equipment
- Develop methodologies for preventive maintenance
- Implement corrective maintenance in a cleanroom environment
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers to optimize tool performance
- Work with process engineers for process development
- Create and update technical documentation
- Develop maintenance plans and operating procedures
- Coordinate service activities with external vendors
- Support group administration for smooth team operations
