Anforderungen
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance or Equipment Service Engineer in semiconductor cleanrooms
Hands-on expertise in wet etch tools and processes
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
German language skills are an advantage
Comfortable working in a multicultural and collaborative research environment

Execute maintenance on high-end wet etch tools
Perform service assignments on semiconductor processing equipment
Develop methodologies for preventive maintenance
Implement corrective maintenance in a cleanroom environment
Collaborate with equipment suppliers to optimize tool performance
Work with process engineers for process development

Develop maintenance plans and operating procedures
Coordinate service activities with external vendors
Support group administration for smooth team operations
