Anforderungen
- Extensive working experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills in English and German
- End-to-end experience in the sales process
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales in relevant industries
- Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business
- Demonstrated success working with stakeholders to generate revenue
- Ability to collect and analyze market and competitor data
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Self-motivation and ability to be motivated by targets and goals
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Supportive team player and results-oriented
- Positive, open-minded, and strategic thinker
- Willingness to travel to customers and offices
Aufgaben
- Drive growth in the DACH region
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Research and identify potential new leads
- Leverage your network to open accounts
- Stay updated on developments in the carbon management industry
- Build trust with leads and customers
- Transform conversations into lasting relationships
- Provide tailored solutions based on client challenges
- Lead presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
- Navigate the Enterprise SaaS sales process efficiently
- Develop strategies to contact and acquire prospective clients
- Utilize various mediums for outreach, including LinkedIn and email
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue department
- Maintain transparency in your sales pipeline
- Update administrative tasks in the CRM system
- Establish collaborative relationships with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
