- In-depth knowledge of Mac-based hardware/software and advanced troubleshooting
- Knowledge of video capture history, especially for QC and archival of legacy formats
- Experience creating complex formulas, filtering logic, and view management in Airtable and Excel
- Keen understanding of workflows in a modern, digital supply chain
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
- Passion for music, film, and audiovisual content
- Relevant college degree or equivalent professional experience
