- Partner with internal stakeholders on strategic procurement
- Provide insights and recommendations for fact-based decisions
- Engage early with budget owners using commercial methodologies
- Maximize budget value through scenario analyses and structured negotiations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape procurement strategies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and improvement opportunities
- Communicate the value contribution of Strategic Procurement Media
- Identify and define strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiation plans
- Set sourcing objectives and negotiation strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead or contribute to tenders, cost benchmarking, and supplier negotiations
- Ensure transparent, fact-based decisions in sourcing initiatives
- Execute sourcing initiatives according to procurement standards
- Embed ESG requirements into procurement processes
- Align with global guidelines in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Promote ESG principles and ensure high environmental and social standards
- Implement the standard supplier management framework
- Identify and qualify suppliers based on media business needs
- Optimize the digital supplier portfolio
- Develop and execute supplier strategies
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance
- Conduct due diligence and risk management
- Lead supplier transitions and transformation initiatives
- Drive innovation across the supplier landscape
- Manage strategic procurement projects end-to-end
- Steer cross-functional project teams
- Define project structures, milestones, and success metrics
- Manage risks, dependencies, and changes
- Control impact on cost, quality, risk, and supply continuity
- Ensure measurable value and provide updates to senior management
- Analyze procurement, spend, supplier, and performance data
- Identify cost-saving, efficiency, and risk-reduction opportunities
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Propose optimization initiatives based on data analysis
- Support projects with fact-based analyses and benefit tracking
- Monitor key procurement KPIs for transparency and continuous improvement
