Anforderungen
- 8+ years in payment solutions, ERP integration, or fintech
- Proven team leadership in B2B sales enablement
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite)
- Deep knowledge of expense management platforms (Concur, Emburse, Cytric)
- Deep knowledge of procurement tools (Coupa, SAP Ariba)
- Expertise in virtual cards and payment automation
- Expertise in reconciliation workflows and financial compliance
- Experience with issuers (AirPlus, Citi) for payment flows
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Project management experience, managing client expectations
- Project management experience, managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in German language (strong advantage)
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage solution consultants
- Oversee sales funnel for PAY products
- Measure and improve team performance
- Define internal and external governance processes
- Collaborate with clients and product management
- Lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
- Serve as main technical liaison in pre-sales
- Support customer acquisition with Sales Organization
- Align with Product Management for new solutions
- Collaborate with Customer Implementation & Operations
- Work with Commercial Partnership Lead to expand capabilities
