Aufgaben
- Own the technical vision and roadmap for detection models
- Lead and scale the Detectors Group from 15 to approximately 30 members
- Manage and develop engineering managers and senior individual contributors
- Mentor senior leaders and individual contributors to enhance technical excellence
- Collaborate with Product, Research, GTM, and Engineering teams to align detection capabilities
- Drive architectural and modeling decisions for production defenses
- Ensure model quality, reliability, latency, and scalability in customer deployments
- Establish technical and operational processes for experimentation and deployment
- Design the organization to support rapid growth while maintaining execution speed
