Anforderungen
- 7+ years software engineering experience (security, infrastructure, data pipelines focus)
- Track record building/maintaining dev tools or security platforms
- Strong understanding data processing pipelines & large-scale logging
- Experience with TDD or CI/CD (detection-as-code a plus)
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with query optimization for large datasets
- Experience building stable, scalable cloud/serverless services
- Maintainable, secure Python code writing ability
- Experience with security teams & technical solution translation
- Technical project leadership with minimal guidance
- Track record driving engineering excellence (standards, reviews, mentorship)
- Cross-functional security initiative leadership & organizational navigation
- Strong communication skills, technical concept translation
- Success bringing clarity/ownership to ambiguous technical problems
- Strong systems thinking, risk identification/mitigation
- Experience building security tooling from scratch
- Background implementing security monitoring (SIEM, log aggregation, EDR)
- Background in detection engineering or security operations
- Experience with SOAR platform or automation development
- Experience with data lake or database architecture
- Experience with API design & internal platform creation
- Track record applying ML/AI to security problems
- Experience scaling security operations in high-growth
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
