- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations
- Manage import-export processes and tariff classifications
- Oversee AEO certification and customs reporting
- Lead and motivate a team of customs experts
- Promote individual strengths and team collaboration
- Coordinate global customs processes with internal stakeholders
- Conduct internal team training and knowledge transfer
- Lead audits to anchor customs expertise within the organization
