Aufgaben
- Drive digital cement strategy forward
- Translate operational priorities into digital solutions
- Ensure measurable value creation in cement operations
- Act as a bridge between Digital and Competence Center Cement
- Own and evolve the digital cement strategy
- Align strategy with CCC priorities and operational excellence
- Translate operational challenges into digital roadmaps
- Define digital investment priorities
- Tie digital initiatives to measurable business outcomes
- Provide strategic leadership for HProduce and digital platforms
- Oversee product portfolio decisions
- Prioritize and recommend funding for digital initiatives
- Ensure strong product management and UX focus
- Drive user adoption across regions and plants
- Lead global and regional roll-out of digital solutions
- Cooperate with plants, regions, and CCC
- Own the Digital Cement Operations budget
- Prioritize digital initiatives and track ROI
- Define and steer KPIs and OKRs for digital initiatives
- Provide regular, fact-based reporting
- Lead and develop the Digital Cement Operations organization
