- Identify high-potential intercontinental markets
- Prioritize markets based on commercial and regulatory feasibility
- Assess patient access and reimbursement landscapes
- Evaluate competitive dynamics and partner ecosystem maturity
- Develop robust business cases for senior leadership
- Provide investment recommendations to senior leadership
- Build and manage a structured international opportunity pipeline
- Design and execute scalable market entry strategies
- Align market strategies with corporate growth agendas
- Lead structured partner search and evaluation processes
- Conduct comprehensive partner due diligence
- Negotiate complex international licensing and distribution agreements
- Structure agreements with milestone payments and royalties
- Define transfer pricing mechanisms and performance incentives
- Ensure agreements meet regulatory and pharmacovigilance requirements
- Maintain compliance with quality and operational standards
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments
- Monitor partner performance against contractual targets
- Lead corrective action plans for partner performance
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing alliances
- Drive portfolio lifecycle growth
