  • Driving partner revenue & accelerated growth with SI-SP partners
  • Executive relationships within Service Provider community
  • Executive relationships with key Strategic Technology Partners
  • Building Go-to-market plans for channel/partner organizations
  • Strong executive presence
  • Consistent quota attainment & over achievement
  • Successful C-suite relationship engagement and management
  • Industry experience with strategic systems integrators
  • Industry experience with strategic service providers
  • Experience with Software/SaaS embedded in Service Offerings
  • Team player, goal-oriented and confident
  • Aptitude and desire to build high-performing teams
  • Ability to get things done
  • Ability to build consensus and resolve conflict
  • Knowledge of System Integrators
  • Knowledge of Resellers
  • Knowledge of Channel Sales
  • Knowledge of Independent Software Vendors
  • Ability to engage directly in sales cycle on joint pursuits
  • Measuring and communicating progress to achieve business results
  • Identifying obstacles and remediation plans
  • Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environment
  • Past experience with major SI’s
  • Past experience with ISV’s
  • Past experience with Managed Service Providers
  • Past experience with Value Added Resellers
  • Experience with leading software organizations
  • Experience with leading Cloud organizations
  • Experience with leading SaaS organizations

Aufgaben

  • Lead a global team of professional Account Executives
  • Develop and execute global revenue growth plans
  • Build new revenue streams through Service Providers
  • Enable joint pursuit plans with Service Provider teams
  • Create new sources of 'Client 0' revenue growth
  • Develop a joint pursuit framework for Enterprise clients
  • Attract and retain top Service Provider Sales talent
  • Develop comprehensive joint go-to-market plans
  • Manage executive alignment and business planning
  • Ensure metrics-driven governance
  • Partner with Global Service Provider Program leader
  • Align with Service Provider Product Management
  • Operationalize and localize global operating model
  • Implement consistent Joint GTM Engagement approach
