- Build a network of customer contacts for future marketing
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to prioritize high-growth leads
- Transfer high-potential accounts to Inside and Field Sales teams
- Engage with Account Managers to maintain customer momentum
- Welcome and profile new customers to support their onboarding
- Pilot new sales tactics using platforms like LinkedIn
- Identify and solve customer experience issues on the website
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce
- Manage territory pricing to optimize overall profitability
