Aufgaben
- Drive Easelink’s transformation to a data-driven, AI-enabled engineering organization
- Identify and coordinate AI and digital engineering initiatives
- Implement AI initiatives that meet engineering, safety, security, and quality requirements
- Develop and drive the Digital Engineering and AI strategy and roadmap
- Prioritize and coordinate AI initiatives across engineering and other business functions
- Introduce AI-supported workflows in coding, requirements, testing, documentation, and knowledge management
- Design and implement practical AI solutions with respective teams
- Ensure alignment with Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, cybersecurity, TISAX, and established engineering processes
- Develop guidelines and governance principles for secure and responsible AI use
- Drive Easelink’s Engineering Data Strategy
- Improve the quality, consistency, and reusability of engineering information
- Support the integration of PLM, ALM, Requirements Management, ERP, Git, CI/CD, and test management tools
- Evaluate emerging technologies
- Enable teams through training and change-management activities
- Expand successful approaches into Business Development, Procurement, Quality, Operations, Finance, and HR
