- Build and scale the Digital Customer Success capability
- Design a scalable, digital-first engagement model
- Drive adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion
- Establish foundations, processes, and playbooks
- Proactively manage a portfolio of priority accounts
- Implement success strategies for mid-market customers
- Balance high-impact engagement with scalable programs
- Develop and execute outcome-based success plans
- Align SAP Signavio capabilities with customer goals
- Own the end-to-end customer journey
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
- Act as the internal authority on customer needs
- Deploy data-driven strategies to identify churn signals
- Dismantle technical and organizational barriers to success
- Distill field insights into actionable product feedback
- Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities
- Cultivate customer advocates for references and stories
