  • Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Capability to perform at Job Grade SE8 level

Aufgaben

  • Design, implement, and scale digital services
  • Ensure seamless global digital service delivery
  • Lead internal and external service delivery teams
  • Collaborate with Global Pharma Strategy, Product Development, and Medical Affairs
  • Optimize end-to-end processes
  • Drive digital content best practices evolution
  • Partner with key stakeholders (GPS/PI, FP, The Lab)
  • Understand strategic priorities
  • Design and scale digital services (web, email, SEO, creative)
  • Develop sustainable service standards and models
  • Identify root causes for optimization
  • Utilize next-gen technologies like GenAI
  • Maximize budgets
  • Drive Lab adoption to optimize costs
  • Achieve OPEX savings
  • Monitor content KPIs at affiliate and disease levels
  • Act as a Digital Asset Management (DAM) expert
  • Oversee DAM design, workflow, metadata, and tools
  • Lead engagement with agency partners
  • Identify training needs and conduct sessions
  • Ensure effective process adoption
  • Close organizational knowledge gaps
  • Coach and empower team members
  • Foster a collaborative environment
  • Establish clear reporting structures
  • Create dashboards for leadership transparency
  • Drive cross-service alignment
  • Maintain critical documentation (SOWs, RFPs, service models, governance frameworks, Lab processes)
