- Lead proposal development for D&I customers
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Translate requirements into actionable deliverables
- Manage project schedules and scope
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Track project costs and budget
- Provide project updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Design processes for operational excellence
- Identify and address workflow inefficiencies
- Manage contracts with subcontractors
- Assign tasks and track deliverables for subcontractors
- Monitor and improve project performance
- Measure customer satisfaction
