Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Security Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Solid project management experience in semiconductor industry
- Proactive and solution-oriented management experience
- Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools
- General understanding of embedded system design and architecture
- Knowledge of security concepts and standards ISO 21434 and IEC 62443 including cryptography
- Strong systematic skills and familiarity with complex environments
- Strong managing skills, team player, and ability to track status quo
- Flexibility, calmness under pressure, and comfort with ownership in ambiguity
- Willingness to travel when necessary
Aufgaben
- Represent Crypto and Security Group in Product Development projects
- Track security activities from concept to certification
- Support teams in applying Competence Center methodology
- Facilitate project calls with global cross-functional teams
- Resolve security issues as first point of contact
- Write Security Group Reports for milestone reviews
- Create top-level project plans with milestones and timelines
- Ensure security goals and plans are on track
- Identify and mitigate security risks
- Collaborate with Security Stakeholders and Product Development teams
- Support security by design approach in product developments
- Handle security-related tasks and certifications
- Work reliably and conscientiously
