- Strong working knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Program Management experience
- Experience with PLM implementations and PMP certification are a plus

- Delegate tasks to project managers
- Monitor and support project teams
- Coordinate with the PTC ecosystem to resolve issues
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Perform risk management
- Develop detailed integrated project plans
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Ensure conversion process meets quality standards
