Driving adoption of IoT and AR solutions for industrial clients. 4+ years enterprise software account management experience required. Hybrid work, 4-day work week.
Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years customer success, account management, or related role experience in technology/software industry
- Strong background in enterprise software account management
- Strong understanding of PTC products/services or ability to learn complex technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
- Experience working with industrial or manufacturing customers
- Professional certifications in customer success or related fields
Aufgaben
- Define and track customer KPIs
- Demonstrate value of PTC solutions
- Review customer progress regularly
- Provide insights and recommendations
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Act as primary customer contact
- Address customer needs and concerns
- Guide new customers through onboarding
- Ensure smooth solution implementation
- Conduct customer training sessions
- Educate customers on product features
- Educate customers on best practices
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Monitor customer health proactively
- Identify potential customer issues
- Identify opportunities for customer improvement
- Provide timely customer solutions
- Enhance customer experience
- Drive customer renewals
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Expand customer accounts
- Gather customer feedback
- Analyze customer feedback for trends
- Identify areas for improvement
- Share insights with product team
- Influence product development
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Maintain customer activity records
