Leading multi-million deal negotiations for large-scale transformation programs at a provider of mission-critical technology systems. 10+ years leading senior-level customer negotiations and German fluency required. Extensive client travel expected.

- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading customer negotiations at senior levels
- High level of industry-specific solution expertise
- Extensive experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
- Sales experience in technical solutions

- Lead complex, multi-million deal negotiations
- Shape transformational opportunities from early stages
- Determine pricing and commercial strategies
- Create compelling propositions for strategic accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for bid submissions
- Define winning propositions for complex deals
- Lead contract negotiations for optimal outcomes
- Act as a liaison between teams and customers
- Compile and refine final proposal documents
- Establish reporting and governance processes for deal success
- Standardize pitches across various industries
