- Experience deploying models via APIs, AWS, or comparable cloud infrastructure
- Solid understanding of ML methods, evaluation, monitoring, MLOps
- Experience integrating ML or GenAI components into software systems
- Clear communication of complex concepts
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, drive for continuous improvement
