- Partner with the Applied AI team to design and deploy AI solutions
- Execute pilot projects and proofs-of-value for technology demonstration
- Guide customers in maximizing the value of their AI investment
- Monitor KPIs tied to business outcomes and communicate progress
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts
- Synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmaps
- Develop reusable assets and best practices for delivery excellence
- Travel to foster client relationships and support deployment
