- Build, grow, and lead the Data Science Finance team
- Hire top talent and foster a culture of ownership
- Lead by example through hands-on technical work
- Partner with Finance to execute ambitious roadmaps
- Translate business requirements into technical risk models
- Develop solutions that drive measurable P&L impact
- Ensure production-grade model performance and accuracy
- Implement and maintain robust MLOps practices
- Drive technical architecture and system design
- Establish and guide technical best practices
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and MLOps teams
- Coordinate projects with broader engineering teams
- Establish production support standards
- Manage the team on-call rotation
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders
