- Success building production end-to-end MLOps platforms

- Track record driving organizational platform adoption
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts

Aufgaben
- Design and build a central MLOps platform
- Manage the complete ML lifecycle from ingestion to retraining
- Architect robust CI/CD workflows and self-service capabilities
- Enable independent model deployment while maintaining security and compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into capabilities
- Provide technical guidance and drive seamless platform integration
- Establish and evangelize MLOps best practices across the organization
- Drive adoption through training, documentation, and hands-on support
- Optimize infrastructure costs and enhance observability
- Implement efficient resource allocation and intelligent automation
- Eliminate operational toil through comprehensive monitoring
