- Develop and implement data protection and compliance processes
- Provide independent legal advice on data protection law
- Support the enhancement of the data protection management system
- Analyze data protection laws and compliance requirements
- Participate in designing risk management for data protection
- Conduct process audits of systems handling personal data
- Assist in internal investigations and risk assessments
- Handle data protection inquiries from employees and authorities
- Consult on antitrust issues related to distribution
