- Build and nurture scalable customer relationships

- Identify upsell and product optimization opportunities
- Monitor revenue trajectory using specific KPIs
- Track spend engagement and SaaS uplift metrics
- Communicate client feedback to internal stakeholders
- Advise on current and future product features
- Design client journey touchpoints to increase satisfaction
- Improve processes to ensure long-term retention
