Driving customer retention and growth for AI-powered MRO software in industrial sharing economy. Substantial B2B SaaS Enterprise experience in process design and CS models required. 30 days vacation, VSOP program participation.
Anforderungen
- Substantial experience in process design, CS models, customer segmentation in mid-stage B2B SaaS Enterprise
- Understanding of reducing time-to-value, expanding business, maintaining 90%+ retention, low churn in B2B SaaS Enterprise
- Task prioritization and independent work
- Ownership of multiple responsibilities across hierarchy levels
- Ability to connect with key decision-makers
- Willingness to travel 2-4 times per month in DACH region
- Deep product knowledge for technical challenges
- Proactive client issue resolution
- Product adoption optimization
- Seamless integration to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Firsthand experience with manufacturing processes
- Inside knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in German
- Proficiency in English

- Fuel customer retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Understand software products deeply
- Build strategic relationships
- Deliver results aligning with customer and SPARETECH goals
- Enhance internal processes
- Drive cross-functional collaboration
- Represent SPARETECH at industry events
- Own post-sales customer journey
- Manage handover, onboarding, usage, renewals, and upsells
- Connect with customers proactively
- Develop customer base through outreach
- Conduct on-site visits
- Organize dedicated events like webinars and roundtables
- Publish whitepapers
- Represent SPARETECH at customer events
- Participate in regional meetups
- Focus on self-leadership
- Drive personal and professional development
- Strengthen team members
- Collaborate with Customer Success Management team
- Work with VP Customer Success to develop processes, tools, and product
