Anforderungen
- Experience in Customer Success or similar
- Experience owning a customer portfolio
- Ability to explain complex product features
- Comfort discussing reporting and operational processes
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments
- Strong prioritization and customer management skills
- Exposure to customer success metrics
- Fluency in English, German, or French
- Experience in hospitality tech or PMS
- Understanding of hospitality KPIs
- Exposure to finance or accounting discussions
- Experience advising on technology stack decisions
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams
Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized hospitality customers
- Support customers from onboarding through to long-term expansion
- Improve operational workflows and reporting accuracy
- Drive revenue KPIs and performance visibility for operators
- Serve as the primary contact for product and integration questions
- Identify portfolio risks and opportunities to improve retention
- Coordinate smooth customer handovers with Sales and Onboarding
- Share customer feedback and product gaps with internal teams
- Maintain structured documentation within the HubSpot CRM
- Develop scalable processes and best practices for the team
