Aufgaben
- Manage substantial GreenLake and service-based solution engagements
- Interface directly with all levels of customer organizations
- Build effective business relationships alongside account executives
- Advise clients on market and IT strategies
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Qualify complex and international business deals
- Drive GreenLake adoption and contribute to bid engagements
- Manage customer-specific services profit and loss
- Forecast revenue and operational costs
- Oversee demand and supply management for deals
- Run business governance and joint business reviews
- Ensure service delivery excellence and contractual compliance
- Maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Improve financial performance through technology innovation
- Contribute to comprehensive account business plans
