- Good interpersonal skills and relationship building
- Junior profile with Call Center experience
- Digital/Tech industry experience (plus)
- Detail oriented

- Manage telephone activity positively
- Computer literate with MS Office, ERP (SAP plus)
Aufgaben
- Handle customer and distributor inquiries
- Answer incoming calls and emails professionally
- Understand customer needs and environments
- Process orders and requests in ERP and CRM
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Regulatory, and Contracts teams
- Recommend process improvements
- Provide high-standard customer support
- Enter sales orders into SAP
- Verify purchase order terms and conditions
- Process and track service requests in CRM
- Log and report customer complaints
- Follow up on and resolve sales order issues
- Monitor open sales orders, RMAs, and service requests
- Maintain accurate customer data in SAP and CRM
- Learn company policies, processes, and procedures
- Understand products and pricing models
- Generate ad hoc reports
- Support punctual projects and administrative tasks
- Promote continuous process improvement
