- Fluency in French, German and English
- Italian language proficiency is a nice to have
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
- Minimum of 24 months in this role before internal mobility eligibility

- Manage assigned territory independently
- Plan and execute targeted consulting programs
- Lead complex, multi-layered customer engagements
- Utilize DMAIC Lean problem-solving approaches
- Identify challenges and strategic opportunities
- Align with hospital stakeholders on priorities
- Track progress and maintain regular communication
- Deliver in-person and virtual consulting services
- Support new system integration
- Train and onboard staff
- Standardize workflows
- Manage cost containment strategies
- Provide reprocessing support
- Promote cross-team collaboration
- Analyze customer usage patterns
- Tailor consulting engagements based on data
- Demonstrate value through measurable outcomes
- Align with Sales and Marketing strategies
- Engage with internal stakeholders
- Support Genesis and Intuitive events
- Participate in new product launches
- Gather and report customer feedback
