- 1+ year customer-facing inside sales, customer success, BDR or Product Marketing experience
- Experience with SaaS tech stack (Salesforce, Highspot, Planhat)
- Diplomacy, tact, poise under pressure
- Solution-driven mindset, data leveraging for results
- Product functionality demonstration, business use cases overview
- Self-motivation, proactive teamwork, innovative ideas for customer growth
- Spanish and English fluency
- German, French or Dutch language skills (plus)
- Project Management certifications (Prince2, PMI or equivalent)
Aufgaben
- Create engagement models for Spanish customers
- Ensure localization of onboarding assets
- Drive product adoption
- Drive successful customer retention
- Develop and manage scalable customer programs
- Conduct user training programs
- Coordinate with teams to deliver informational webinars
- Automate Customer Success processes
- Curate program content
- Optimize processes for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
- Monitor customer health
- Launch campaigns to boost upsells and retention
- Analyze data to identify common challenges
- Suggest proactive process improvements
- Deliver best practices to customers
- Create and iterate 1:many customer programs
- Partner with internal teams to drive 1:many experiences
- Build processes to maintain customer health
- Identify customer risks and opportunities using dashboards
- Ensure data hygiene in CS tools
